Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused and unworn
The product must be in original condition with tags and packaging
The product must not be damaged or altered
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
